Alexis Hotel & Banquets Dallas Park Central Galleria

I messed up on my reservation and came a night early. Finding out they did everything they could to get things right and got me a room for that extra night at a reduced price and made it seamless making my 7 nights stay easy and affordable. Everything was clean, the ladies cleaned Tuesday and Friday which I liked that I knew when they were cleaning. Lots.of parking that was well lit making me feel safe. Loved the staff everyone was friendly and I always got greeted by every staff member.

The price was good the rooms were good was hand need to have an In-N-Out Burger next door

Booked for 4 nights in October 2023. It was $307.32 for a King Room, including 17% tax. Great Location. Nearby to all the places I needed to go. Grocery store less than 10mins up the road and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was a bit outdated but at least the hot water worked so I’m not complaining. I plan on booking again in the summer. The view of the pool by my window was tempting. I like that the had brochures in the lobby to the places I wanted to go to and gave more insight on it. It was very helpful

Everything was good. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. It was right by the highway, but in my room I didn't hear the traffic. It was pleasant, but there wasn't anything special about it.
