Alexis Hotel & Banquets Dallas Park Central Galleria

The room I was in must have been recently renovated - nice classic business hotel furnishings with all the expected amenities. I walked around and the hallways and public areas I could see looked well maintained and very clean . Decor was understated and in large open clean space like the inside of this hotel, that works fine.

I messed up on my reservation and came a night early. Finding out they did everything they could to get things right and got me a room for that extra night at a reduced price and made it seamless making my 7 nights stay easy and affordable. Everything was clean, the ladies cleaned Tuesday and Friday which I liked that I knew when they were cleaning. Lots.of parking that was well lit making me feel safe. Loved the staff everyone was friendly and I always got greeted by every staff member.

The price was good the rooms were good was hand need to have an In-N-Out Burger next door

My stay was good there the room was clean and the staff was kind easy check in and check out.

I was startled to find I was given a wrong key to my room, the following Day the elevator floor was completely sticky. They don’t have a janitor at night or early morning. But the staff was excellent in resolving immediately. I felt the daily charge was too much for the location. The TV was the worst no way to download our apps. Overall the disable parking was convenient.
